Mayonnaise at Home Using Mixer Grinder in 1 Minute

Many of us like mayonnaise that we buy from the store and we keep in the refrigerator. Here I am sharing a quick and easy method of making mayonnaise at home within a minute, and the taste will be awesome that your family and kids enjoy it. Always make it fresh, and you can store it for 5-7 days.

Ingredients

Eggs - 2 Nos

Garlic Cloves - 3 Nos (cut into small pieces)

Flavorless Vegetable oil - 1/2 Cup (Eg: Sunflower oil)

Salt - 1 pinch ( according to your taste)

Lemon juice - 2 drops (Optional)

Pepper powder - 1 pinch

Method

We all have a mixer grinder at home and take a small jar from that. Separate egg yolks from eggs because we, going to use only egg whites.

Add 2 egg whites to a mixie jar and add 3 garlic cloves with it. Add 1 pinch salt and 1 pinch pepper powder then just blend slowly(run the mixer on medium speed) for 5 seconds and stop the blender. Repeat the process one more time.

You will get white liquid consistency that looks like milk. Then take 1/2 cup refined oil and split it into three parts because you are going to add it little by little. Pour the first part and blend for 5 - 10 seconds. Then pour the second part and blend again for 5- 10 seconds. Now you can visibly notice the consistency gets thicker.

Then pour the final part of the oil and blend for 10 seconds. Yes, you have done it. And your mayonnaise is ready to serve. You can add 2 drops of lemon juice if you like the sour taste but it's completely optional. It serves 150ml approximately.

You can serve it with Barbeque, Chicken salad, Grill chicken, etc. Hope you find the recipe easy and simple.

Notes

1. Use eggs and all the ingredients at room temperature.

2. Use only egg whites do not add egg yolks.

3. Add refined oil slowly that is little by little.

4. If you are making it for the first time the consistency will be the problem but still, you can make it easy if you follow the steps properly (you can add some more oil to make it thicker as a paste).
