Sugar - 1 pinch

Preparation method

Pizza base: Take a large bowl add all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, oil, sugar, salt, and mix with your hand. Then add curd and start kneading till you get smooth dough don't use water. Use the only curd. Make it soft dough, then cover it with a cloth and rest it for 30 minutes. And you can see the dough doubles up in size.

White Sauce: Take a pan and heat it. Add butter wait for a minute and add maida stir well. Cook it for 3 mins on low flame don't burn it. Continue whisking add milk with it. Cook till it gets thicker and add some water mix well. Add a pinch of salt adjust salt as per your taste. Turn off the stove and keep it aside your white sauce is ready it will be in a creamy consistency.

Toppings: Take a large mixing bowl combine chicken, Chilli powder, salt, garam masala, curd, ginger garlic paste, oil marinate well, and keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Same procedure for capsicum also. After 30 minutes heat the pan add 2 tsp of butter and toast the chicken pieces on both sides cook for 10 minutes. Repeat the same procedure for capsicum and cook it for 2 minutes. Cut the onions, tomatoes in round shape and keep them aside.

Assemble the pizza:

Take a large deep Kadai filled with salt and place a Katori or ring cutter in the center. Preheat in high flame for 10 minutes. You can keep the salt in a container and use the same for next time.

Now take your dough that doubled in size which going to knead again for 1 minute and roll it like a Chapathi not very thin nor very thick, roll it medium because it raises little.

Now take a pizza plate or normal silver plate because we going to cook in low flame so you can take any plate and place your rolled dough on it. Now make holes on the pizza base using a fork. Your dough is ready now apply pizza sauce on it then apply white sauce above pizza sauce and place your toppings one by one i.e. Onions, tomatoes, chicken pieces, capsicum. Sprinkle chili flakes over the toppings. Now place the plate in Kadai and close the lid. Cook for 40 mins on low flame.

Pizza is ready to serve. Slice the pizzas and serve hot.
