Job Description

About the role


Powerhouse91 is looking for goal-oriented results-driven PPC Manager for Amazon advertising management of our family of consumer brands. This role is a critical part of the overall growth team and will directly impact the long-term strategy, planning and growth milestones of our brands.


Responsibilities


This is a growth role with Amazon Marketing Services as the main lever in focus. This role is a combination of strategy and management, and your responsibilities will include monitoring and managing our Amazon Account ads for our portfolio brands. Your ultimate goal is to utilise the different tools available at your disposal in whatever way possible to help accelerate the growth of our brands. This would include but not be limited to: Amazon Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand, PDAs, DSP, etc.



Your responsibilities include:


Hands-on campaign management and execution. Monitor daily and weekly trends, ACOS, TACOS, profit and spend.


Closely track organic rank and product wise share of voice. Correlate, predict and track organic rank & revenue upliftment in sync with PPC marketing.


Collaborate with the overall growth team to share insights, develop tests, ensure PPC is aligned with topline and bottom-line goals, brainstorm ideas for growth, etc.


Develop and maintain a professional knowledge of new or emerging trends within the Amazon and online shopping space.


Active participation in identifying new and improved processes to improve Amazon PPC performance and streamline campaign management


Creating and structuring all PPC campaigns according to best standards and practices.


Auditing historical campaign performance and quickly identifying key performance drivers within their PPC structure


Analyze ASIN-wise performance in terms of sales, CTR, conversation rate, page views etc. Gather actionable insights and help perform root cause analysis for any fluctuations in revenue and overall marketing performance.


Requirements

2+ years’ of e-commerce experience in a proven paid customer acquisition environment (B2C preferred) running either Google Paid Search or Amazon PPC.


Advertising agency experience preferred


Expertise in Excel and Pivot Tables


Ability to dig through data, draw conclusions and make recommendations.
